Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team, working from home in Geneva, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is energetic and motivated, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat 2. Provide product information and technical support to customers 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses 5. Assist in developing and improving chat support processes

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment 2. Strong people management skills, able to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism 3. Excellent critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues 4. Excellent written communication skills in both English and German 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location 6. Comfortable using chat support software and other technology tools 7. Customer service experience preferred
