Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Assistant at Navistar International, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Relations team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Communicate with clients to address any inquiries or concerns - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding company products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for growth - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in organizing client events and meetings

Requirements: - Independent and dedicated personality traits - Strong skills in strategic planning and presentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
