Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels - Addressing client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling - Identifying opportunities for upselling products or services to clients - Monitoring client accounts and providing regular updates and reports - Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and adaptability skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Prior experience in client relations or customer service preferred
