Job Description - Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:


HD Supply Holdings is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Assist in developing and implementing client communication strategies. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4. Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences. 5. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate to meet client needs. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
