Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Bucher Industries AG is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and inquiries. 2. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely responses to client requests. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Hardworking and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve effectively. 6. Team player who values cooperation and collaboration. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Availability to work remotely and on a part-time basis. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
