Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

TAG Heuer is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the luxury watch industry and develop their skills in customer relations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the TAG Heuer brand. - Assist clients with product selection, order processing, and after-sales support. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury watches and a desire to excel in customer relations. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients via phone, email, and chat. - Energetic personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing client needs. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
