Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Zurich. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver solutions that meet their needs - Provide ongoing support to clients, including training on products and services as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams - Confidence and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Critical thinking and decision-making skills to proactively address client needs and resolve issues - Knowledge of financial services industry and products is a plus - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and German is required
