Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

EMS-Chemie Holding AG is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone with 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering any inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are understood and met - Monitor client accounts and track customer satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Attend meetings and conferences to represent the company and promote our services

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and hardworking attitude - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Team player with a cooperative mindset - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
