Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Sealed Air is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a leading provider of packaging solutions, Sealed Air is looking for a resourceful and driven individual with at least 4 years of experience in client relations to help us maintain and grow our client base.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. 3. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create targeted client communication strategies. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong planning and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is a plus.
