Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues or concerns they may have - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any areas for improvement to maintain high levels of customer retention - Assist in creating and implementing client retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive revenue growth

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Excellent decision-making skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
