Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team at TIAA. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This is a work-from-home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH and is part-time with an entry-level seniority level.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide excellent customer service by understanding and anticipating client needs - Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist clients - Be a proactive problem solver and handle challenging situations with professionalism

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Confident and independent personality - Ability to work well in a team environment and also display leadership skills - Proficient in computer skills and familiar with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - training will be provided
