Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Chopard, a luxury Swiss watch and jewelry company, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to work remotely from home. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and fostering strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. This part-time position will require a commitment to excellence in customer service and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and expansion - Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences, trends, and market insights - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with client events and VIP experiences as needed

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Must have a quiet home office and reliable internet connection
