Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Dean Foods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely in our Bern, Kanton Bern location. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Understand client needs and work to meet their expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on project status - Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record in client relations with at least 5 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in project management and cooperation - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Familiarity with CRM software and other client relations tools - Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
