Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and hardworking. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate strong soft skills in leadership and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relationship strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients - Track and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities with existing clients - Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and retention rates - Travel to meet with clients as needed

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
