Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to products and services - Provide leadership and guidance to the client relations team to ensure goals are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and preferences - Leadership skills to motivate and guide the client relations team - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
