Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Advance Auto Parts in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations and remote management.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver client presentations and reports to communicate key metrics and performance indicators - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities - Lead remote client meetings and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a remote setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Passionate and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
