Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations.

As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing client accounts. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate billing - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to clients - Keep clients informed about industry trends, market updates, and product offerings - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Proficient in using CRM systems and other client management tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Fluent in English and German
