Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team at Cisco Systems. As a Client Relations Manager, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and requires at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within client base - Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth - Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve overall client experience - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets
