Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team at Zimmer Biomet Holdings, a leading medical device company. This is a remote, part-time position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of success in managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand - Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure a seamless experience for clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth - Provide regular reporting to senior management on client performance and satisfaction metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong people management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
