Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team at Hershey. This is a work-from-home position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on client expectations - Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and upsell additional services - Monitor and track client accounts to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives - Prepare and present regular reports to clients on the status of their accounts

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
