Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Omnicom Group, a global leader in marketing and communications, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a part-time, work-from-home position for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client relations or account management. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, motivated, and possess excellent cooperation and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions to meet client needs - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement - Manage client contracts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus
