Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Allstate is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Lausanne, CH. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations. We are looking for a resilient and passionate individual who possesses excellent soft skills such as adaptability and planning.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner - Monitor client satisfaction and address any feedback or complaints - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations and account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of CRM systems and tools - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
