Client Relations Manager - Work from home

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Manager to join our team at Commercial Metals. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. 3. Present and promote company products and services to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 6. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their experience with the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
