Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Group 1 Automotive, a leading automotive retail and service company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role allows you to work from home, giving you the flexibility to balance work and life while still being an integral part of our organization. Join us in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland as we continue to strive for excellence in customer service and relationships.


As the Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients, ultimately driving revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.


To excel in this role, you must have at least 7 years of experience in client relations or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve any issues that may arise. You must also possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
