Job Description: As a Client Relations Officer at Domtar, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services - Keeping track of client feedback and suggesting improvements to better meet their needs - Conducting regular client meetings and presentations to update them on company products and services - Contributing to the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted at clients - Ensuring all client information and interactions are accurately documented in the company's CRM system
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedication to providing outstanding customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Excellent time management skills - Proficient in presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
