Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team at Viacom in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with tailored solutions and support - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resilient and reliable with the ability to work under pressure - Adaptability and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
