Remote Client Relations Officer

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a remote Client Relations Officer to join our team located in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

**Responsibilities:** - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement client retention strategies - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics

**Requirements:** - Proven experience in client relations or a related field - Independent and driven attitude - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
