Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Mattel. This part-time position, based in Basel, Switzerland, offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a meaningful impact on our client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills to drive client engagement and satisfaction - Problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
