Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support client acquisition efforts

Requirements: - Solid understanding of client relations principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and driven to achieve results - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
