Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Officer at Nestlé, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. In this part-time role based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and drive results - Willingness to cooperate with team members and innovate solutions - Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
