Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Belimo Holding AG is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a key member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our global client base. This part-time position is perfect for an individual with 4 years of experience at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
