Job Description - Client Relations Officer - Work from home


Job Description:


First American Financial is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client relationships and increase revenue - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and data security


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
