Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a Client Relations Officer to work from home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and passionate about building strong client relationships. Decision-making and adaptability are essential soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails - Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and competition

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
