Job Description:
Omnicom Group is looking for a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate-level position, we are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dedicated, possess emotional intelligence, and be able to bring innovation to their role.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships by serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate client needs and ensure they are met - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account status, progress, and any potential issues - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients to enhance their experience and increase revenue - Utilize CRM software to record and track client interactions and information accurately
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and dedicated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with clients and colleagues - Innovative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and solutions to the team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in English and French (additional languages a plus)
