Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

UGI is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client communication strategies. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to provide superior service.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
