Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Relations Representative to join our team at Jabil Circuit in Basel, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 2. Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues they may have. 3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any feedback or complaints in a timely manner. 6. Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives to drive client engagement and retention. 7. Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients. 3. Strong persuasion and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
