Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients while ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and client engagement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients. 7. Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in client relations.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong focus on customer service. 2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 3. Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to meet client needs. 4. Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred. 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Fluency in English and German is required.
