Client Relations Representative

As the Client Relations Representative at Foot Locker in Zurich, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet client needs - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of solutions - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and key performance indicators to management

Requirements: - Adaptable and energetic personality with a passion for client relations - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with clients - Previous experience in a client relations or sales role is preferred - Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Fluency in English and German is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
