Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team at Tetra Laval International SA in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, provide updates on products or services, and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate and relevant information to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication history in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the onboarding of new clients - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with professionalism and positivity - Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Excellent negotiation skills to effectively address client needs and concerns - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
