Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Essendant is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct research on client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and presentations that align with their goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on Essendant's products and services, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. - Assist in resolving client issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels for resolution. - Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs - Resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure - Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data to inform decision-making - Experience in delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
