Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Landis+Gyr Group AG is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall client experience and enhance client loyalty - Provide regular reports on client interactions and feedback to management

Requirements: - Adaptability and dedication to providing exceptional service to clients - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in client relations or a related field is preferred
