Job Description:
Swiss International Air Lines is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess a high level of energy and independence.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. 3. Handle client complaints and escalations effectively, finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Work closely with other departments within the company to coordinate and deliver client requests and ensure seamless communication. 5. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services. 6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client databases.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. 4. Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve independently. 5. High level of energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
