Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Representative to work from home in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and time management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns. 2. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients. 5. Track customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently. 4. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work from home and manage your time efficiently.
