Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

DISH Network is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs and preferences to provide personalized service and solutions - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Confident in communication and problem-solving skills - Strong team player with a cooperative attitude - Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
