Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Discover Financial Services is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing - Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions to their needs or concerns - Monitor client accounts and ensure accuracy of information - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide a seamless experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for client satisfaction - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Innovative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using remote communication tools and technology - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
