Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Delek US Holdings in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Specialist will play a key role in managing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure timely delivery of services - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving client satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies to drive business growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Energetic and independent, with a strong ability to work autonomously - Strong critical thinking and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and German is required
