Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Helvetia Insurance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a key member of our client relations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and business opportunities - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on our products and services - Coordinate and participate in client meetings, conferences, and events - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong planning and research skills
