Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Assistant to join our team at Rado Watch Co Ltd in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone/email - Assist in managing client inquiries, appointments, and service requests - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing client records - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving client service - Assist in coordinating events and promotions to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous experience in a client service role is preferred
