Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Georg Fischer AG is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, dedicated, and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Maintain client records and update customer databases as needed - Participate in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and company policies - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation

Requirements: - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
