Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and passionate about providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner 2. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels 3. Assisting with account management tasks, such as updating client information and processing orders 4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client needs are met 5. Resolving client issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members 6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions 7. Assisting with the organization and execution of client events and trainings

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in client service or a related field 2. Strong presentation and communication skills 3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 6. Adaptable and able to work well under pressure 7. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
